Job summary

Globalclassifieds.info is seeking a motivated Draftsperson to join an architectural team in New York. You will collaborate on design with project teams, clients and consultants, drawing and 3D modeling all project phases from concept through technical drawings, while managing drawing sets with discipline.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino, plus strong communication and hand sketching skills, are required as you contribute to design realization and collaborate with PMs on zoning analyses and DOB

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have a professional degree in architecture or design (BArch, BFA).
Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking and drawing are a must and carry significance in our search.
Experience in delivering a design to physical realization is a must.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on design with project team, clients, and consultants
Draw and 3D model all phases of projects from concept through technical drawings
Manage drawing sets with discipline
Render design concepts and details with efficiency
Assist PMs with zoning analysis, client meetings, material specification, and DOB filing
