Job summary

Adver.info is seeking a Draftsperson to join our architectural team in New York. The role involves design collaboration with project teams, clients, and consultants, and transforming concepts into detailed drawings and 3D models from concept through to construction documents.

The candidate should hold a professional architecture or design degree, with strong communication, hand sketching, and CAD skills, including AutoCAD and Rhino.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture or design (BArch, BFA).
• Excellent communication skills including writing and speaking.
• Experience delivering a design to physical realization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on design with project team, clients, and consultants.
• Draw and 3D model all phases of projects from concept through drawings.
• Manage drawing sets with discipline.
• Render design concepts and details efficiently.
• Assist PMs with zoning analysis, client meetings, material specs, and DOB filing.
