Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort seeks an Assistant Manager for Draft Day to lead day-to-day Front of House operations, ensuring exceptional service and compliance with health regulations. The ideal candidate will have ServSafe certification, an associate degree or equivalent experience, and strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a high-volume dining outlet.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree or 3–4 years related experience.
• Extensive food and beverage service knowledge.
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses per local, state and federal laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations for Draft Day.
• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Assist in preliminary menu development and service standards.
• Develop and implement Draft Day service standards.
• Monitor expenses and payroll to meet budget goals.
• Hire, train, and develop Draft Day staff and conduct evaluations.
