Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort® is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to oversee Bartenders, Cocktail Servers, and Barbacks, and to assist the Beverage Manager with hiring, training, and staff motivation. The hourly salary is $21.50, with a full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

The role requires supervisory experience, bartending/serving background, and strong guest service skills, along with adherence to Iowa health and safety standards and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience or equivalent education/experience.
• 1 year bartending and/or serving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Manage labor hours, cash control, and inventory.
• Promote a positive work environment and team building.
• Support and enable staff to meet guests’ needs and requests.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and staff evaluations.
