Job summary

DuPont is seeking a DP Data Coordinator to join the MiOps team in Midland, MI. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining management systems across site functions, supporting EHS, HR, Engineering and Contract Administration. Strong writing and communication skills are essential.

Primary duties include ODMS utilization, DMS maintenance, metrics tracking, onboarding support, and site coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint is expected with SAP and other tools as a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative/office support experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and train on the EHS ODMS usage.
• Maintain both hardcopy and electronic Document Management System (DMS).
• Own metrics tracking for management systems and EHS incidents.
• Assist with site EHS, Sustainability and Recycling data tracking and reporting.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and coordinate site communications.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
• Assist with site costs, purchase orders, and contractor pay issues.
• Order supplies, lunches and schedule meetings for teams.
• Execute other admin duties in support of the teams.

The DuPont Michigan Operations (MiOps) site has an opportunity for a DP Data Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Midland, MI.

The primary function of this role is to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of Management Systems within the site functions. This role will support multiple leveraged teams/functions (EHS, HR, Engineering, Contract Administration) therefore having the aptitude to adapt to evolving requirements along with excellent written/communication skills are key attributes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and train on the successful utilization of the EHS Operating Discipline Management System (ODMS).
• Successful implementation and maintenance of both hardcopy and electronic Document Management System (DMS).
• Ownership of metrics tracking for management systems and EHS incidents.
• Assisting with site EHS, Sustainability, and Recycling programs, which could include data tracking, invoice tracking, closing gaps, and reporting to help drive continuous improvements.
• Ownership and maintenance of SharePoint sites.
• Coordinate site communication.
• Assist with onboarding process (training, paperwork) of new employees.
• Assist with the management of site costs, purchase orders and payment issues, and backing up contractor pay specialist.
• Order supplies, lunches and schedule meetings for functions/teams.
• Execute other administrative duties in support of the leveraged function/teams.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent; Associates degree or higher is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years’ administrative/office support experience in a manufacturing area.
