Job summary

DuPont Michigan Operations (MiOps) is seeking a DP Data Coordinator to support the implementation and maintenance of Management Systems at the Midland, MI site. The role collaborates with EHS, HR, Engineering and Contract Administration to adapt to evolving requirements with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key duties include leading ODMS usage, maintaining DMS, tracking metrics for EHS incidents, supporting Sustainability programs, and managing SharePoint sites.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent; Associates degree or higher is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years’ administrative/office support experience in a manufacturing area.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Forms).
• Proficiency or ability to learn SharePoint, SAP, iLearn, Cority, webMOC, webEDMS.
• Challenge/question work practices in an effort to continuously improve them.
• Committed to a continued process of learning and support this behavior in others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and train on the successful utilization of the EHS Operating Discipline Management System (ODMS).
• Successful implementation and maintenance of both hardcopy and electronic Document Management System (DMS).
• Ownership of metrics tracking for management systems and EHS incidents.
• Assisting with site EHS, Sustainability, and Recycling programs, which could include data tracking, invoice tracking, closing gaps, and reporting to help drive continuous improvements.
• Ownership and maintenance of SharePoint sites.
• Coordinate site communication.
• Assist with onboarding process (training, paperwork) of new employees.
• Assist with the management of site costs, purchase orders and payment issues, and backing up contractor pay specialist.
• Order supplies, lunches and schedule meetings for functions/teams.
• Execute other administrative duties in support of the leveraged function/teams.
