TIC Inc in Redfield, AR is seeking an experienced equipment operator to support road maintenance. You will operate a variety of heavy construction equipment, load and grade surfaces, and install culverts and pipes while following safety protocols.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, performing routine maintenance, and training crew members on safe operation. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with ability to work irregular hours on site.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating construction equipment.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Operate a variety of construction vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Load and move gravel, dirt and sand; grade roads.
• Construct ditches for culverts and pipes; remove debris.
• Check fluid levels and lubrication on equipment.
• Instruct and train employees in safe operation of equipment.
• Inspect equipment and identify defects.
