Job summary

Responsibilities

Operate a variety of vehicles and heavy equipment while performing road maintenance and rights-of-way work.
Load gravel, dirt and sand; smooth and grade roads; spread rock and gravel.
Trench and construct ditches for culverts and pipes; remove silt and debris.
Check and maintain fluid levels and lubrication on equipment.
Instruct and train employees in safe operation of equipment and techniques; inspect equipment for defects.
