Canopy by Hilton New Orleans Downtown is seeking a confident Sales Manager for the three-property downtown cluster. This on-property role focuses on building client relationships, driving new business, and meeting revenue goals with support from the Director of Sales and hotel teams.

You will generate new business, close group and corporate opportunities, and manage pipelines across Canopy New Orleans, SpringHill Suites New Orleans, and TownePlace Suites New Orleans.

Qualifikationen

• Hotel sales experience with Group, Business Transient, and/or Catering sales.
• Ability to prospect, develop new business and grow relationships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities with excellent customer service.
• Collaborative across multiple hotels and departments; with Delphi/STS Cloud preferred.
• New Orleans market knowledge is a plus; talent wins over zip code.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business and grow accounts across three downtown hotels.
• Solicit, negotiate, and close group, business transient, and local corporate opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients, planners, and local businesses.
• Conduct hotel tours, attend events, and make sales calls to expand presence.
• Partner with Director of Sales, Revenue Management, and ops teams to maximize revenue.
• Manage sales pipeline, prepare proposals/contracts, and record activity in Delphi/STS Cloud.
• Be visible at each property, delivering exceptional client service from inquiry to turnover.
