Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Dallas is seeking a friendly Bartender to craft cocktails and beverages for guests in a fast-paced hotel bar. You will uphold standards, ensure accurate drink preparation, and promote responsible service.

The role requires at least 1 year of bartending or high-volume restaurant experience, strong guest service and POS skills, and the ability to multitask while lifting up to 50 lbs. Join an anchored hospitality team in a vibrant downtown setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bartending certification preferred where applicable.
• At least 1 year of bartending or high-volume restaurant/bar experience.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and POS systems.

Mansioni

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages per recipes.
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organize equipment.
• Restock liquor, mixers, glassware, and supplies.
• Process payments accurately using POS and handle cash responsibly.
• Verify age with guest IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Follow sanitation, safety policies and report maintenance needs.
