Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Dallas is seeking an experienced bartender to join our Food & Beverage team on-site. You will craft cocktails, greet guests, take orders, and ensure a polished bar experience that reflects our hospitality standards.

The role requires at least 1 year in a high-volume setting, knowledge of drink recipes and POS systems, strong customer service, and a commitment to accuracy, cleanliness, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bartending certification preferred (where applicable).
• Experience Minimum 1 year of bartending or high-volume restaurant/bar experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and POS systems required.
• Skills & Knowledge Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service and state/local regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Strong cash-handling and basic math skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and cleanliness.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Assist with bar opening and closing duties.
