Job summary

Novo Nordisk in West Lebanon, NH is seeking a Process Engineer to support production, drive improvements, and lead projects from laboratory start-up to manufacturing scale. You will collaborate with Process Associates, Engineers and Scientists to ensure compliant operations and efficient performance in a GMP environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering with 5+ years of related experience; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Five (5) years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Master’s degree with three (3) years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Automation, GMPs, Compliance and Regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a high-paced team.
• Employee must remain accessible during on‑call period and respond within sixty (60) minutes.

Responsibilities

• Leads process and equipment troubleshooting to support deviations and related issues.
• Ensures systems and processes are verified and in a validated state per FDA, EU and NN requirements.
• Participate in the development and implementation of procedural or automation improvements.
• Coordinate scheduling of improvement and critical production activities within own area and with outside vendors as needed.
• Mentor and supervise contractor or intern reports and assist with troubleshooting for complex issues.
