Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Process Engineer to support bioproduction downstream purification on the West Lebanon, NH site. The role involves on-floor knowledge, documentation to keep production running efficiently, and training of technicians to operate according to cGMP requirements.

Work with Process Associates, Engineers, and Scientists on process improvements and validations. On-site role, Monday–Friday, with on-call support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GMP environment or life science industry preferred.
• Ability to follow routine work instructions for projects and assignments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support production on the shop floor and ensure cGMP compliance.
• Assist in development and implementation of process improvements.
• Prepare and review SOPs, protocols, and trend reports.
• Coordinate scheduling of production activities across areas and with vendors.
• Participate in cross-functional audits and inspections.
• Provide on-call support including weekends as needed.
