Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in West Lebanon, NH, is seeking a Process Engineer I to support biotech manufacturing. The role focuses on on-floor production support, cGMP compliance, and training of technicians to run processes.

The position works with Process Associates, Engineers and Scientists to resolve deviations, implement CAPAs, and perform equipment troubleshooting and process development on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Three years related experience required.
• Medium to large scale pharmaceutical or biotechnology process experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Automation and GMPs requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with SOPs, JIs, DVs and other production documentation to the shopfloor.
• Participate in development and implementation of procedural or automation improvements.
• Support production-driven improvements to processes and equipment on the shop floor.
• Develop and support documentation and trend reports, presenting during audits.
• Coordinate scheduling of improvements across areas and with vendors.
• Represent Manufacturing in cross-functional teams and audits.
