Job summary

Novo Nordisk in West Lebanon, NH, is seeking a Process Engineer for bioproduction downstream purification. You will support production on the shop floor, document processes to maintain cGMP compliance, and train technicians across manufacturing suites, ensuring timely maintenance and validated states.

The role involves cross-functional teamwork with Engineering, Quality, and Technical Support, deviations, CAPAs, and project involvement from lab to manufacturing scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Three years of related experience required.
• Experience in medium to large scale pharmaceutical or biotechnology processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with SOPs, JIs, DVs and other production documentation on the shopfloor.
• Support development and implementation of procedural or automation improvements.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Write and review protocols, summaries and trend reports for ongoing production and validation.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, EU and Novo Nordisk requirements across processes.
