Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Process Engineer for our West Lebanon, NH bioproduction site. You will support on-floor production, document processes, and train technicians to operate under cGMP requirements.

The role involves leading projects from laboratory scale to manufacturing scale and collaborating across Engineering, Technical Support, and Quality to ensure compliant operations. You will participate in deviations, CAPAs, equipment troubleshooting, and process development while maintaining

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
Five years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; three years with a Master’s degree preferred.
Knowledge of Automation, GMPs, Compliance and Regulatory requirements is essential.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.
Employee must be available during on-call periods and respond within sixty minutes.

Responsibilities

Lead process and equipment troubleshooting to support deviations and related issues.
Ensure systems remain validated and compliant with FDA, EU and NN requirements.
Develop and implement procedural or automation improvements.
Lead design and hazard reviews of plant expansions or process changes and coordinate with contractors.
