You will partner with customers, technical experts, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, deliver solutions, and manage day-to-day account activities within the refinery chemicals space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with operation and chemical treatment of cooling towers, boilers, and industrial wastewater systems.
• Experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, or related commercial role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with customers.
• Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer objectives and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to drive projects and technical initiatives.
• Lead business reviews, technical presentations, and commercial discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of customer needs with service delivery and account plans.
