Qualifications

• Associate degree with 2+ years relevant experience in chemical engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in chemical engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or related field.
• Experience with chromatography, harvest, UF/DF, and viral clearance steps.
• Familiarity with electronic laboratory notebooks for study documentation/data entry.

Responsibilities

• Execute chromatography, harvest operations, UF/DF, and viral clearance experiments.
• Support downstream process development across micro scale, bench scale, and pilot scale studies.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and readiness of instruments used in process development.
• Document experimental work in electronic notebooks and maintain clear records.
• Perform basic data analysis to review trends and support conclusions.
• Prepare technical summaries and study updates to share results.
• Follow established laboratory and process development procedures and quality requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by refining workflows and data capture.
• Assist with small projects under close supervision.
