Qualifications

• Degree in the life sciences with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Scientific understanding of protein purification technologies and scale-up principles.
• Experience with protein/viral particle purification including chromatography and filtration.
• Experience with AKTA or similar chromatography systems.
• Prepare solutions and perform lab-scale/pilot-scale experiments for process development.
• Draft SOPs/BPRs and maintain detailed documentation; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform downstream operations independently or with minimal supervision.
• Prepare buffers, packed columns, and filters for downstream activities.
• Execute experiments designed by senior team members.
• Maintain complete lab notebooks and documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements and troubleshoot methods.
• Collaborate with upstream and analytical teams on purification strategies.
