Job summary

Gehl Foods, LLC is hiring a Downline Operator for the 3rd Shift (10pm–6:30am) at our Walterboro, SC facility. The position offers base pay plus shift differential, totaling $18/hour, with additional pay based on experience. Full benefits and on-demand pay are included.

You will operate equipment such as accumulators and automated lines, perform quality checks, and maintain GMP/5S standards. No experience required as training is provided; a high school diploma is required and the role is

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Team-player mindset; punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment (Accumulator, Diagraph, Laser, Capper, Straw Applicator, Shrink, Wrapper, Mead, Elevator) to production standards.
• Conduct quality checks according to SOPs.
• Troubleshoot and communicate problems; adjust processes as needed.
• Maintain GMP and 5S-compliant work area.
• Hand-stack cases off conveyor when required.
• Accurately document and maintain critical parameters.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for operations to standards on the following: Accumulator, Diagraph, Laser, Capper, Straw Applicator, Shrink, Wrapper, Mead, and Elevator

• Effectively troubleshoot, adjust, and communicate problem statements
• Must maintain a work area that complies with all GMP and 5s standards
• Hand stacks cases off conveyor when necessary
• Accurately document and maintain any critical parameters
