Gehl Foods is hiring a Filler Operator for the 3rd shift (10pm – 6:30am). The role pays a base rate of $21/hour, plus shift differential, with additional increases based on experience. This is a full-time position with stable hours and opportunities for growth.

You'll operate production line equipment, perform SIP/CIP, handle changeovers, and document results. We offer on‑demand pay, quarterly bonuses up to 5% of wages, comprehensive benefits, PTO, a 401(k) match, and a culture focused on

• 6 months of manufacturing, packaging, or assembly line experience.
• Basic mathematical calculation skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Team-player mindset with punctuality.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and observe production line equipment.
• Becomes proficient in SIP operation and CIP.
• Participate in startup, troubleshooting, adjust, stop/reset, and shutdown.
• Perform changeovers.
• Report out of standard/specification results.
• Complete handwritten instructions and on-line documentation.

What You'll Do
