Job summary

Pinkbox Doughnuts seeks a Training Manager to lead field training, certification, and the development of standard operating procedures across shops. You will author and maintain the operations manuals, onboarding paths, and role-based training for hourly and salaried staff, ensuring consistency across the district.

You will oversee opening training for new locations, partner with operations and HR, and coach teams on food safety, guest service, and POS usage.

Qualifications

• Proven record writing operational documentation used by teams
• Experience opening new locations strongly preferred
• Strong writing and presentation skills for training materials
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs, operation manuals, and training guides
• Train and certify hourly and salaried staff; lead manager trainings
• Lead opening training plans for new shops and pilots
• Coach field teams, monitor certification rates, and address gaps
• Audit training adherence and refresh materials as needed
