Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is seeking a General Manager to lead a retail location, overseeing production, sales, and human resources. You will develop a professional staff, drive revenue, and ensure customer and employee satisfaction while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, managing store operations, scheduling production, and coordinating with corporate.

Competenze

• 4+ years' experience in QSR or retail environment in a management capacity.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school or GED.
• Ability to work all necessary work schedules, including holidays/weekends.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
