Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Roswell, GA. You will oversee a shop shift, ensure safe, clean, and efficient operations, and support the leadership team to deliver a WOW experience for customers.

You will lead a team of hourly staff, assist with scheduling and onboarding, and uphold our commitment to inclusive, welcoming environments while maintaining high product quality and speed of service.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Travel 0-10%
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and foster an inclusive, welcoming culture.
