Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Doughnut Maker responsible for preparing dough, yeast brew, glaze, fillings, and icings, and frying doughnuts to Krispy Kreme standards.

You will record times/temps, maintain sanitation, adhere to uniform standards, and work any shift with open availability. 2 years’ food handling experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a job involving food handling and safety.
• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Open availability and flexibility to work any shift.
• Ability to understand weights and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all ingredients necessary for doughnut production - brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings.
• Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mixing, and frying doughnuts
• Record keeping (times and temperatures) of all products prepared to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Maintain sanitation standards within production area to ensure proper cleanliness and smooth operation of equipment.
