You will prepare dough, glaze, fillings, and icings, while maintaining weights, temperatures, and sanitation standards. The role requires 18+ years old, reliable shift flexibility, and a commitment to uniform standards across the team.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in food handling and safety.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Open availability and ability to work any shift.
• Ability to understand weights and measurements.
• Commitment to an equitable, unbiased culture.
• Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards.
• Travel 0-10%.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all ingredients for doughnut production: brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings.
• Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mix and fry doughnuts.
• Record times and temperatures to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Maintain sanitation standards in production area.
