Job summary

Domino’s Pizza in Phoenix is seeking an overnight production team member to support dough processing at the 5216 W Mohave St location. The shift starts at 2:30 AM and runs four days a week (Sunday through Thursday) for 10 hours, with a pay rate of $20 per hour.

Responsibilities include mixing dough according to recipes, recording batch data, monitoring temperature and metal detectors, adjusting equipment as needed, and preparing dough for cooler storage and shipment while maintaining quality and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Determine batch recipes and measure ingredients for dough production.
• Record batch data and maintain documentation for dough processing.
• Monitor dough temperature and metal detector checks; ensure quality control.
• Change dough sizes and operate dough divider and related equipment as needed.
• Organize dough and trays for storage and shipment; ensure proper labeling.
• Report any irregularities to supervisor and manager.
