Job summary

You’ll conduct training on SSOPs aligned with BRC, participate in internal quality audits and annual external audits, and help control labor costs through planning and scheduling while maintaining MES records.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production teams in a food manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of BRC code and QA requirements.
• Ability to conduct training and maintain records.
• Proficiency with Workday for timecard verification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dough production and sanitation operations to ensure quality.
• Develop and train on departmental SSOPs aligned with BRC.
