Papa John's is seeking a Production Team Member to produce high quality dough in a highly sanitized setting and to ensure dough is handled properly according to PJ Food Service specifications. The role includes maintaining equipment, documenting processes, and adhering to safety and HACCP practices.

Responsibilities include preparing dough trays, monitoring productivity, rotating trays at proper cooling temperatures, and performing sanitation duties in the production area.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production environment and GMP required.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols.
• Ability to document processes and sign off on procedures.

Responsabilités

• Place dough balls into clean trays according to PJ Food Service standards.
• Monitor productivity standards by analyzing metrics surrounding key performance indicators.
• Insure all dough trays are properly dated, stack and down-stack proper number of trays and maintain rotation practices at proper cooling temperature(s).
• Maintain and document GMP standards on cleanliness and sanitation to insure product is free of contamination or foreign material.
• Presoak dough trays and process through tray washer.
• Perform lock out/tag out of all dough production equipment prior to cleaning/sanitizing; wash, rinse and sanitize equipment and production room upon completion.
