Job summary

Cantex seeks an LVN/LPN to join its care team in Texas. You will participate in and oversee patient care within the LVN/LPN scope, observe and report changes, and document in the EMR according to policies and laws.

You will implement care plans, administer medications, supervise CNA staff, and ensure high-quality patient well-being. Valid LVN/LPN license in Texas required; generous benefits and a $1,500 sign-on bonus included.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid LVN/LPN license (Texas).
• Experience with medication administration and patient care.
• Familiarity with state/federal nursing guidelines and policies.
