Job summary

Mill Creek is seeking a Charge Nurse (LVN/LPN) to oversee patient care and support our team in a fast-paced setting. You will participate in and supervise nursing activities, document in EMR, and ensure adherence to clinical policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.
• Valid LVN/LPN license with current credentials.
• Experience documenting patient care in EMR and supervising aides preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions; document per policies.

• Supervise CNA staff to ensure high-quality clinical care.
