Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking an LVN/LPN Charge Nurse at Magnolia Manor - Groves, TX. This full-time weekend-only role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care within licensed scope and leading a nursing team.

Responsibilities include observing and reporting patient conditions, EMR documentation, implementing care plans, administering medications, and supervising CNAs to ensure optimal well-being of residents.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid LVN/LPN license.
• Experience in clinical nursing and patient care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care within the LVN/LPN scope.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions and changes.
• Document in EMR per policies and regulations.
• Implement and monitor care plans; administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

QualificationsResponsibilities:

• As an LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.
