Cantex in San Antonio, TX is seeking an LVN/LPN to join our compassionate team. You will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of your licensure, observe and report changes, document in our EMR, and help implement care plans and medications as prescribed.

The role includes supervising CNA staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to policies. Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a valid LVN/LPN license are required, with opportunities for career advancement
