Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Class A CDL driver to operate a commercial tractor-trailer, delivering to store locations with a home daily, five-day work week schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain HOS logs; comply with FMCSA regulations.
• Secure loads, verify deliveries, and manage returns.

Potential first year earnings of $79,484.34 based upon average route hours; actual annual earnings may vary based upon length of route. Operate a class 8 tractor-trailer providing safe, timely, and accurate route deliveries to store locations as part of our company fleet. Home Daily 5 Day Work Week No Weekends Salary package includes safety incentives, driver bonuses and performance-based raises Overnight Route Delivery with Dedicated Routes Low Touch Freight using full pallet deliveries Modern Fleet of Tractors and Trailers

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Operate a commercial Class 8 tractor-trailer to complete safe, timely, and accurate route deliveries in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
• Utilize electric pallet jacks and lift gates to load, unload, and deliver merchandise to designated store locations.
• Follow assigned routes, stops, and schedules to ensure efficient deliveries within set timeframes.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain Hours of Service (HOS) logs, and comply with FMCSA regulations.
• Secure all loads, vehicle doors, and alarms before and after each stop; ensure proper delivery verification and manage returned merchandise.
• Assist with various delivery routes as needed to support operational requirements.

SKILLS / EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / ABILITIES

• Working knowledge of DOT regulations, logbook, and vehicle inspections
• Maintain a clean MVR and a valid DOT physical status
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol tests
• Must possess a current Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement
• Must maintain the ability to work flexible hours
