Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to operate a Class 8 tractor-trailer for daily route deliveries. You will load, deliver, and verify merchandise to store locations while adhering to DOT regulations and company policies.

Qualified candidates hold a valid Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement, maintain a clean MVR, and can pass pre-employment and random drug testing. This role offers home daily schedules and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial Class 8 tractor-trailer to complete safe, timely deliveries.
• Load, unload, and deliver merchandise using electric pallet jacks and lift gates.
• Follow routes, stops, and schedules to ensure efficiency.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain Hours of Service logs.
• Secure loads and verify deliveries, assist with additional routes as needed.

Potential first year earnings of $77,123.88 based upon average route hours; actual annual earnings may vary based upon length of route.

Operate a class 8 tractor-trailer providing safe, timely, and accurate route deliveries to store locations as part of our company fleet.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Operate a commercial Class 8 tractor-trailer to complete safe, timely, and accurate route deliveries in compliance with DOT and company regulations.

Utilize electric pallet jacks and lift gates to load, unload, and deliver merchandise to designated store locations.

Follow assigned routes, stops, and schedules to ensure efficient deliveries within set timeframes.

Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain Hours of Service (HOS) logs, and comply with FMCSA regulations.

Secure all loads, vehicle doors, and alarms before and after each stop; ensure proper delivery verification and manage returned merchandise.

Assist with various delivery routes as needed to support operational requirements.

Required:
