Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Class A CDL driver in Salina, KS to safely operate a Class 8 tractor-trailer and deliver to store locations. Home daily with a 5-day work week, no weekends, and a compensation package including safety incentives, driver bonuses and raises.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
• Maintain a clean MVR and a valid DOT physical.
• Must possess a current Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
• Must maintain the ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial Class 8 tractor-trailer to complete safe, timely deliveries in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
• Utilize electric pallet jacks and lift gates to load, unload, and deliver merchandise to designated store locations.
• Follow assigned routes, stops, and schedules to ensure efficient deliveries within set timeframes.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain Hours of Service (HOS) logs, and comply with FMCSA regulations.
• Secure all loads, vehicle doors, and alarms before and after each stop; ensure proper delivery verification and manage returned merchandise.
• Assist with various delivery routes as needed to support operational requirements.

Potential first year earnings of $73,089.25 based upon average route hours; actual annual earnings may vary based upon length of route.

Operate a class 8 tractor-trailer providing safe, timely, and accurate route deliveries to store locations as part of our company fleet.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
