Qualifications

• MUST HAVE experience managing DOT regulated transportation or route management.
• Strong leadership and communication with drivers, customers and operations teams.
• Experience supervising and coaching staff to meet KPIs and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics operations and oversee transportation processes.
• Plan and review logistics activities with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer specs.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to optimize shift logistics.
• Monitor KPI performance and coach team to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and service excellence.
