Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
• Coordinate with Logistics Manager to plan processes meeting company standards and customer specs.
• Establish work schedules for shift/team and coordinate activities.
• Monitor KPIs and collaborate with customers across operations.
• Perform regular performance evaluations and address issues as needed.
