Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of workers.
• Accountable for site KPI.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and coach staff.
• Promote Diversity and Inclusion and improve internal processes.
• Perform performance evaluations and recommend rewards or merit increases.
• Address performance issues via corrective action and discipline.
• Maintain positive labor relations and ensure health & safety compliance.
