Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a DOT Program Manager to oversee the organization’s DOT compliance program and ensure adherence to federal, state, and company regulations while supporting safe, efficient transportation operations.

You will collaborate with operations, safety, and fleet teams, manage documentation such as DQFs, registrations, and permits, and drive continuous improvement across dispersed teams. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and 8+ years in relevant roles are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience.
• Minimum 8+ years in fleet management and DOT compliance.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, driver qualification, vehicle licensing, and HOS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain DOT compliance programs and processes.
• Oversee Driver Qualification Files (DQFs) documentation.
• Ensure equipment registrations, licensing, and permits remain current.
• Monitor daily vehicle inspection reports and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Manage Hours of Service (HOS) compliance and driver logs.
• Conduct compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with operations, safety, and fleet teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
