Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day contract operations to ensure safe, reliable, efficient, and high-quality transportation services.
• Oversee daily site and lot operations, including driver deployment, dispatch coordination, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor service performance and address operational issues that could impact customers or contractual requirements.
• Ensure staffing and equipment resources meet daily and anticipated demands.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service consistency, and overall performance.
