Summit Line Construction, a subsidiary of Quanta Services, Inc., is expanding its team in Utah. The DOT Specialist administers regulated testing programs, coordinates SAP/RTD schedules, and maintains confidential records, collaborating with People Team, Safety, and field/office management to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on timely testing, accurate documentation, and adherence to FMCSA regulations while supporting a constructive and collaborative work environment and strong

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain DOT and regulated testing program compliance.
• Manage DOT and non-DOT drug/alcohol testing programs (random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion).
• Review quarterly random selections and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate, confidential testing records and logs.
• Coordinate SAP and Return-to-Duty documentation and schedules.
• Ensure DOT employment verifications and compliance across records.
• Monitor results and coordinate actions with People Team.
