You will direct HSE/DOT Specialists, set priorities, and partner with Operations to reduce risk while maintaining compliance with OSHA, FMCSA, DOT, PHMSA, and RCRA standards.

The role requires at least 5 years in HSE/DOT, proven leadership, and strong communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and departments. Travel across yards and sites is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Requires 5+ years of HSE/DOT experience in relevant industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and must have strong regulatory knowledge.
• Experience supervising a team and driving safety performance is essential.

• Set regional safety goals and administer staff schedules and reviews.
• Coach on investigations, audits, and field engagement to improve safety.
