Qualifications

• 2+ years of practical DOT experience.
• Ability to analyze compliance data and report performance.
• Strong knowledge of DOT and PHMSA requirements.
• Experience leading transportation compliance programs and audits.
• Familiarity with fleet telematics and driver qualification systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead NAM DOT and transportation compliance activities, including driver qualification and Hours of Service.
• Interpret regulations, evaluate changes, and communicate requirements to stakeholders.
• Direct monitoring, file reviews, and audits; verify corrective actions.
• Oversee safety, journey management, and performance reporting for fleet operations.
• Lead reviews and investigations using data to identify trends and actions.
• Govern regulatory systems and drive fleet technology evaluation and validation.
• Represent Weatherford in regulatory communications with agencies.
• Develop and improve HSE processes and training for DOT compliance.
