The position requires a high school diploma, at least one year of youth experience, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include safety, discipline, and coordination of CSS sessions, with shifts in the Prime and Midnight blocks.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• One year experience working with youth is preferred.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor group living conditions and ensure safety and proper student behavior.
• Process duties for passes, leaves, evaluations, and emergencies during assigned shift.
• Communicate with families to resolve issues and support student well‑being.
• Coordinate dormitory activities, tutoring, and after-hours learning sessions.
• Facilitate Career Success Standards group sessions and maintain documentation.
• Maintain CIS records and update student information regularly.
• Serve as center duty officer as assigned.
