Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates in Wichita to deliver vehicles to customers and support a seamless car-buying experience. You will work in a busy environment with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy, while earning an hourly wage with growth potential.

Starting pay is $17/hr with increases to $19/hr based on performance and tenure, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement. Must be able to work 9am–7pm, 7 days a week, and meet state licensing requirements as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using car haulers and receive training.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the vehicle for safe driving.
• Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana policy.
