Job summary

Carvana in Wichita, Kansas is seeking Customer Advocates who bring at least two years of customer-facing experience to the team. You’ll help deliver happiness along the car-buying journey by coordinating vehicle deliveries and maintaining clear customer notes in our tracking system.

Expect the role to require 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. shifts with seven-day coverage and rotating days off. Starting pay is $17/hour with incremental increases to $19/hour based on performance and tenure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write, speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with the hauler (training provided).
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and add notes in the tracking system.
• Maintain a safe driving record in accordance with company policy.
