Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates in Missouri to deliver vehicles to customers’ doors and support the car-buying experience with a friendly, service-driven approach.

We offer a starting hourly rate of $17 with opportunities to increase to $19 through performance. Eligible team members can advance through merit-based programs, with raises every 90 days and additional incentives based on location and performance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our car haulers, with training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto haulers and inspect for safe operation.
• Complete customer paperwork and update the tracking system.
• Maintain a clean driving record and follow CMV Driver Qualification policy.
• Obtain Notary in local jurisdiction within 90 days; DMV/title access as required.
• Meet state-specific licensing requirements within set timeframes.
