Job summary

Carvana in Indiana is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to support customers and reintroduce happiness into the car-buying journey.

The role involves delivering vehicles to customers, loading/unloading on haulers, completing paperwork, and maintaining a clean driving record according to Carvana policies. Shift hours are 7am-5pm or 11am-9pm with a 7 day rotation, and earnings start at $19/hr with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including loading/unloading vehicles.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our car haulers.
• Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler for safety.
