Extell is seeking a Doorperson for One57 Building to greet residents and guests, ensuring a premier arrival and departure experience in a luxury setting. You will assist with transportation, explain facilities, and provide directions while upholding safety and exceptional service standards.

The role requires a friendly, team‑oriented approach and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Prior luxury building or hotel doorperson experience is preferred, with multilingual ability considered a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Communicate well with others and work as a part of a team.
• Respond to requests from guests, residents, and your team in a timely manner.
• Lift 50 pounds without assistance.
• Prior experience as a Doorperson at a luxury hotel or residential building is a preferred. Multi-lingual fluency is a plus!

• Maintaining the flow of street traffic outside the front door by assisting residents or guests with transportation and luggage.
• Knowing apartment facilities, services, and features and being able to explain them to guests and residents.
• Providing accurate directions to guests on questions regarding destinations of the local area.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Pay & Benefits

Pay ranges from $23.09 - $30.79 per hour depending on experience. Benefits such as medical and paid time off will be provided.
